The Cost of Fragmentation

Marketing can look busy while growth stalls.

Your ad agency wants more money. Your SEO team wants more time. Intake says too many calls aren't a good fit. Each team may be doing its job. But who's looking at the full picture?

Without one clear lead, you can keep spending while the real problems go unfixed.

Where it hurts the business Disconnected decisions

Money goes to the wrong places.

You may buy more ads before fixing why good leads aren't turning into admissions.

The wrong investment

Your time gets pulled away.

You sort through reports, settle mixed advice, and make calls your marketing lead should make.

Decisions fall on the owner

Growth gets put on hold.

New beds or markets may have to wait because it's not clear what to fix or fund next.

Opportunities are delayed
Unclear priorities The same spending decisions repeat The cost of disconnected leadership
The Executive Difference

Less time managing marketing. More confidence in where it's going.

You shouldn't have to turn conflicting agency recommendations into one marketing plan. Give the work a clear direction and keep your attention on running the business.

What changes with one leader

One plan. Shared priorities.

Your agencies and internal team move in the same direction, instead of optimizing in isolation.

Clearer investment decisions.

Qualified inquiries and admissions data help show what to fund, fix, or stop.

Fewer decisions on your desk.

Routine marketing coordination has an owner. You focus on decisions only you can make.

A Question of Fit

Not every marketing problem needs a CMO.

Sometimes you need someone to lead the entire marketing plan. Sometimes you need senior oversight where the stakes are highest.

Marketing is running. You're still leading it.

You have staff, agencies, or both. But budgets, goals, and next steps still land on your desk.

You're getting ready to grow.

You're adding beds, opening a location, or reaching new areas. You need one plan before you spend more.

The Experience Behind Healix

Marketing looks different when you've built the team.

Before starting Healix, Leo Margilaj spent about five years building and leading the marketing team at an addiction treatment company. He hired and trained the staff and led the strategy for all its digital marketing.

That work taught him to look past lead counts and focus on who calls, who can be admitted, and what each admission costs.

Judgment in Action

The owner wanted more PPC. We looked at what the numbers missed.

A treatment-center owner wanted to grow. He believed that spending more on ads was the way to do it. But the numbers didn't tell the whole story.

What Looked Good

The landing page had a decent conversion rate.

The center had five stars and glowing Google reviews.

More PPC spend seemed like the next step.

What Needed a Closer Look

Many callers had state insurance. They were calling several centers to find one that took their plan.

The page looked like many other rehab pages. It gave PPO visitors few reasons to choose this center.

Some reviews looked too polished. We questioned whether they helped people trust the center.

What We Did

Instead of treating more ad spend as the only answer, we looked for ways to get more qualified calls from the budget already in place. We also built a campaign to grow the center's network of referral partners.

Before you buy more traffic, make sure your current budget is reaching the right people.

A Better Next Step

What could your marketing numbers be missing?

Before you raise spend or change agencies, talk through the results you're seeing and the choices you're facing. Find out what may need a closer look.

Where We Can Make an Impact

Make your current marketing work harder. Find new ways to grow.

You may not need more channels. First, we look at how to get more from what you have. Then we look for new ways to reach people who fit your center.

Current Marketing 01 / Improve

Get more from what's already running.

Start with the marketing you're already paying for.

Paid Search & Maps

Help more people who fit your center find you. Cut spend on wrong-fit clicks.

Website & Landing Pages

Give visitors clear reasons to trust your center and make the next step easy.

Brand & Reputation

Build trust when people check your reviews, Google profile, and search results.

New Opportunities 02 / Explore

Find new paths to the right people.

Test new ways to grow when they fit your goals.

Referral Partnerships

Build relationships with care teams and professionals who may refer patients.

Email & Follow-Up

PR & Media Coverage

Help more people learn what makes your center worth considering.

The goal isn't more channels. It's the right next move.

We weigh each idea against your goals, budget, payer mix, and the data you can share. Some channels need work. Others may be ready to grow.

Before We Work Together

A few things worth knowing before we talk.

Bringing in a marketing leader is a big decision. Here's how the role works, what stays in your hands, and what you can expect.

The Ground Rule

Healix leads the marketing plan. You keep control of major spending and business decisions.

Will we need to replace our agencies or team?

No. Good people can stay. We set clear goals, assign work, and check progress. Your team and agencies can keep doing the work. We only suggest changes when there's a good reason.

If you need Healix to do extra hands-on work, we'll agree on that separately.

How much of my time will this take?

We'll need more of your input at the start to learn your goals, budget, and challenges. After that, we handle day-to-day marketing direction and keep you involved in major decisions.

How will we know if it's working?

We look beyond clicks and leads. When your team can share reliable data, we track qualified calls, insurance fit, admissions, and cost per admission.

If the numbers can't be trusted, fixing tracking becomes an early priority.

Why not hire a full-time marketing leader?

A Fractional CMO gives you senior marketing leadership without a full-time executive hire. You get direction, team oversight, and help with key decisions.

If you need someone on-site every day, a full-time hire may be the better choice.

What does the engagement cost and include?

This is a monthly leadership retainer, usually starting with a three-month commitment. The fee depends on your center's size, team, and marketing needs.

Ad budgets, outside vendors, and extra hands-on projects are separate. You'll know the scope and fees before you commit.

09 / The Next Decision

Before you spend more, get clear on your next move.

More leads don't always mean more admissions. Costs rise. Strong months turn into slow ones. Before you raise spend or change agencies, let's talk about what may be holding growth back.

What You'll Leave With

A clearer next step: what to look at first, which numbers could help, and whether you need senior leadership or a focused fix.
